After an injury, there may be questions about the case that require evaluation by a non- treating physician expert. Common reasons for requesting an independent medical examination include questions regarding:
- Causation
- Apportionment
- Appropriateness of Care
- Work Restrictions
- Future Medical Requirements
Dr. Janssen has extensive experience in performing independent medical evaluations and providing testimony to back up opinions regarding the above topics and questions.
